Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a reservation at www.mojigao.com is as fast and easy as making one.

We would love to have you, but in case your plans change 30 days prior to the date of arrival, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and a fast refund.

We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled over 30 days prior to the date of arrival before 12 noon (local hotel time). However, for reservations cancelled (late cancellation) less than 30 days of arrival or in case of a non-arrival on the date of check-in, the total stay charges or full amount of the deposit made (whichever is higher) will be levied.

Cancellations during black-out period

20th December to 5th January - no cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 40 days prior to the date of arrival before 12 noon (local hotel time), thereafter full stay charges or 100% deposit will be levied.

Cancellations during the stay

In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made.

Refund Policy

In case the reservation is cancelled over 30 days prior to the date of arrival before 12 noon (local hotel time), the refund will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the receipt of the bank account details from the customer (not valid for black-out period).

Credit card transaction processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed in local currency only.

Refund for late cancellations

No refund is offered for late cancellations (cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date) or for no-shows on the date of arrival.
